GRIT

GRIT is a 43-unit apartment building proposed for a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in a western metropolis.

The design seeks to capture and distill the gritty natural qualities found in the area, and infuse them into a building that draws forward thinking tenants to fuel the growth of the neighhorhood.
